Shipping policy

1.Processing Time

Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays). We use selected logistics providers, and it usually takes 3 to 5 days for delivery. The logistics providers do not operate on Sundays and public holidays. For urgent orders, please message us and we can arrange for self pick-up.

  • Less than SGD50 spending: SGD2.99
  • More than SGD50 spending: Free
• International
  • Less than SGD100 spending: SGD11.00
  • More than SGD100 spending: Free

 

3.Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we'll furnish you with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your package online, keeping you informed about the status of your order and its estimated delivery date. 

 

4.Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
