Terms & Conditions:

• Booking & Payment: All bookings are non-refundable.
• Right to Refuse Service: Pop Pop Pets reserve the right to refuse participation to any dog or owner deemed disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe, without refund.
• Age Requirement:

• Participants must be of legal drinking age (18 years and above) to consume alcohol at the event. Identification may be required for verification.
• Drinking Responsibly: Remember to sip responsibly — let's keep it fun and safe for everyone!
• Photography & Videography: By attending, you consent to your and your dog's photos and videos being taken for promotional purposes by Pop Pop Pets.
• Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organisers, participants will be offered a full refund.

*Things to Note:*

• Health & Vaccinations: Your dog must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and free of any contagious illnesses, fleas, or ticks.
• Temperament: Dogs should be friendly and well-socialised with other dogs and people. Aggressive dogs may be asked to leave for the safety and comfort of others.
• Leash Manners: Dogs must remain on a leash at all times, unless specifically instructed otherwise during designated activity periods.
• Toilet Breaks: Pop Pop Pets will provide diapers for your dog on request. For very small or very large dogs, please ensure they relieve themselves before the session begins. Accidents inside the venue must be promptly cleaned up by the owner.
